I went visiting on your site and your list of things on your about me page...well most of those could be about me too.
zany, crazy, emphatic, sometimes I am funny, sometimes I am an optimist.

We have moved a lot also, I have, 2 grown children and I love to sew and decorate. Truly some of my custom curtains, bedspreads and drapes rival those of people that know what in the hell they are doing.

I am a realtor, inactive because I am being lazy and refuse to haul my ass around to a bunch of foreclosures only to find that the people can't borrow money due to a credit score of 400 and a default on their last place. I throw just a few flats of annuals in each season for color. I don't let the lawn services do anything other than the chemicals and pruning these days. My final straw was when they would come and mow while it was raining. god forbid that their schedule was thrown off by weather. Thanks for stopping by. Talk to you soon.Cperzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09062444081488414888noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8740338215172190519.post-5906244680603666372011-05-04T07:42:09.214-05:002011-05-04T07:42:09.214-05:00Hi Clare and Gary, I am going to look you up some...Hi Clare and Gary, I am going to look you up some day when I get down there. It's the bain of our lawns.
And as far as ditch weed. It is marijuana that grows wild. We had it growing in patches around the base of our house.AND it's really hard to kill off. A person wouldn't get in trouble because its a weed there but when out-of- towners come they think you have your own little pot farm growing. The locals can tell it isn't the real stuff.Cperzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09062444081488414888noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8740338215172190519.post-80439994962750188952011-05-03T21:47:25.478-05:002011-05-03T21:47:25.478-05:00wow, Trina, it sounds like you have gardening mast...wow, Trina, it sounds like you have gardening mastered. My tulips didn't do well this year at all. My lilies look like they are coming in just fine. I don't do well with veggies on this lot as it is too shady but I do love to vegetable garden. There are community gardens but right now there is a waiting list. wouldn't that be fun to have someone else that loves to garden to work with. My neighbors and friends here think this is a total waste of time and energy.

I will be thinking of you next week. Have a safe trip. No upkeep, no mowing etc. I like this time of year but other times like the dead of winter when scooping snow gets old in a hurry. I remember when I lived in Phoenix how difficult it is to do anything except desert type of plants. I think your yard is lovely. I love planting things too, so what do I do? Buy a condo and I can't plant anything. And then I'm going to move back down to Tucson where you can't grow much when it comes to flowers, they all burn up. Oh well, I did enjoy living in Cali. I spent a lot of time planting things and making hanging baskets full of flowers. So dig girl, dig. It's good for the soul, and you can get rid of lots o agressions pulling up the weeds.barbarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11061385124162342094noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8740338215172190519.post-3182097466269596472011-05-03T18:34:56.502-05:002011-05-03T18:34:56.502-05:00Hi Cheryl,

I will say I so miss the crepe myrtle trees though. I have one variety here but it pales in comparison to the beauties there. Oh, and the Indian Hawthornes, too. They can't survive our winters.
